Our patient SK, aged 47, came with complaints of pain in both knees. She has had these symptoms for more than 6 years, associated with decreased range of motion and her pain aggravates while walking. The patient came for evaluation which led to the diagnosis of osteoarthritis of both knees. She was counselled to undergo replacement of both knees. She underwent the required surgical procedure of Bilateral Total Knee Replacement with Titanium implants.The surgery was uneventful. patient was able to walk without support soon after surgery.
